Described by Brecht as "a gangster play that would recall certain events familiar to us all," Arturo Ui is a witty and savage satire of the rise of Hitler - recast by Brecht into a fictional, small-time Chicago gangster's takeover of the city's greengrocery trade in the 1930's.

Christmas is fast approaching for Nora Helmer, the happiest little housewife in Anytown, USA. She has a beautiful home and three lovely children, and of course, none of it would be possible without her husband Trip. But this macaroon-loving mother has a secret she wants no other soul to know. The Dollhouse Project is an ensemble-devised 1950's take on Ibsen's classic play (with a little Lady Gaga sprinkled in for good measure).
